Esteban began his real estate career in 2005 and launched Effective Real Estate in late 2019. He has extensive experience in investment properties including retail, office space, construction, & management. He received his bachelor’s Degree from Texas State University in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial studies. His professional Real estate designations include; Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Residential Construction Certificate (RCC), and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) he also serves on the Board of Directors at the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors (GMAR) and has recently been appointed to serve on the 2021 Texas REALTORS Commercial Committee. His passions are his family and Real Estate. His systems allow him to leverage technology so he can spend time doing what he loves.

Ryan J. McDaniel is a broker and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Effective Real Estate, overseeing and training a team of 20+ realtors in cutting-edge technology systems. With a real estate license in California, Nevada, and Texas, he's a dynamic expert in the industry. Ryan's entrepreneurial spirit shines through his successful business ventures in virtual warehousing, e-commerce systems, web applications, and real estate investing since 2005. Managing 10+ short-term rentals and actively involved in management of a real estate holdings company, he brings a wealth of experience to the table. As a member of the Commercial Alliance Committee, he contributes to shaping the future of the commercial real estate sector.
